“I am so excited to leave a review for Nicole! She is a great resource as a health coach as well as a yoga teacher. I did an elimination cleanse with Nicole in January 2018 and it was great. I was a little bit nervous prior to the cleanse that it wouldn't work for my lifestyle or that I would be hangry all of the time. Nicole sent all of the information for the cleanse a few days before we started so we could read up. Then, she hosted a coaching call with other members of the cleanse group to answer all of our questions before we went grocery shopping. There was no limit to how much we could eat, just the type of foods we were eating. I was really excited after the call and knew what I needed to shop for. Throughout the cleanse, we had 2 more coaching calls in which Nicole helped me reflect on how I was feeling physically as well as emotionally, and then helped me set goals for moving forward.
