“Our community is professionally managed and maintained. We walk the entire community daily to insure our grounds are clean and properly landscaped. We recently redecorated our laundry room to better serve our residents. Our management office is open 9-5 Monday through Friday and we maintain resident request service ticket controls to incentivize maintenance staff to respond quickly to our residents needs. We are currently 100% leased and maintain a wait list for some unit types. We are disappointed to read an unfavorable review here, but hope it was not honestly written. Stop by anytime and have a site visit with our community manager.”
