“One winter my car was parked in front of my residence - another slid down the hill (it had snowed very badly) and broadsided my car, knocked it up on the sidewalk - the undercarriage, trunk, wheels, tires, windows, fenders, etc were horribly damaged - I thought it was a "total loss"! An inspector came out, crawled all under the car, inspected it very thoroughly, spoke with me so kindly about the damages, sent a tow truck to take the car for necessary repairs and painting of the damaged areas. When I went to pick up my car I couldn't believe it was the same car! My auto insurance covered the cost of a rental car and the repairs! I am a senior in my 70's - it was a great comfort for me to know what a reputable company I was affiliated with! Thank you Allstate!”

“My car shut down on 12.18.2018 while I was in traffic near the Garden Center. Two mail employees (one was Black and the other was Caucasian) from the Garden Center came by my car and assisted me in pushing my car to the Garden Center's parking lot. The Caucasian man was so gracious enough to check my car ad found out that the oil was very low. He walked with me to a near by gas station to purchase oil and put the oil in my car. I am so appreciative of his help. He saved me so much money because my Geico road side assistance coverage would have only provided me with towing my car to a mechanic shop within 20 miles from where I was and I would have ended up paying money to have my car checked out.”

“This was on my "Must see in DC" list, for obvious reasons. Civil Rights Icon, historic figure & monument. Standing next to the actual Lincoln Memorial is surreal. It makes you feel small, literally & figuratively, because the marble monument, much like the man himself, is ginormous. Awe-inspiring, leave with your jaw open AWESOME. The Lincoln Memorial is a great place to witness history. Beautiful Statue of our Former President Lincoln sitting in his chair. There was a nice place to eat at as well. The whole experience was good to me.”
