“The stadium was falling apart but there were still great concerts in the parking lots outside. My friends and I try to go to Shamrockfest every year at RFK. The stadium metro station sometimes manages the crowds well. For larger venues getting in and out of the stadium for a reasonable price is not always available. Still a 30 dollar uber charge to get a car full of people to Alexandria seemed comparatively reasonable. The last rugby match I went to was missing many seats, so I moved much closer to the field. This stadium is in mild disrepair and I believe it's getting torn down to make way for a new stadium.”
