  Friendly, professional help on the floor. I had checked out two other local furniture stores and they could not compare to the service, product availability and customer care. Thank you. Bernie & Phyl's will now be the first place I ever go to for my furniture and decorating ideas.

  Really good salespeople, they are helpful and answer questions, but are not pushy salespeople. We made an informed decision with input from them. When the furniture arrived the delivery people did a really good job getting it unwrapped, all set up and putting scratch resistant pads on all the feet to protect our floors. They took all the packaging away with them. Very satisfied!

  Deborah Ann is the best furniture sales person have ever worked with. Not only does she really pay attention to your wants, needs, desires and taste, but she is extremely patient and does not push or rush your decisions. When we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for on the showroom floor, she went the extra mile to research and find what we wanted. Bernie & Phil’s deserves a lot of credit for having the ability to provide exactly what we wanted by employing qualified personnel. Perfect!

  Very easy location with plenty of parking. Wonderfully displayed furniture and accessories on three floors that are well-lit and easy to navigate. We found just what we were hoping for with the help of a terrific salesperson. Quality at what we feel is a reasonable price, and lots to choose from. Likely to be back.
