Most recently they replaced an old water heater in a condo we just purchased. It was completed a lot quicker than expected and less expensive than what I feared. Not long ago they replaced our irrigation mechanism and installed a new water filter system. We were completely satisfied. I just wish they were also boat mechanics!!”

“Don't let the Appearance fool ya. For an Older Motel These are very nice and clean rooms. The service representative comes every day and ask if you need anything. The motel Owners/Receptionist are Very Friendly and Kind. That's way more than I got when I stayed at the Hotel Inn Express in Tallahassee Florida. They wouldn't even give fresh towels but once every 5 days. When you work out of town. Theres usually 2 people to a room And 3 towels just don't cut it. If ya know what I mean.”
