I went to Bob Steele with some questions about trading/upgrading my truck. After a short conversation with David from finance he introduced me to Jason from sales. I had a pleasurable experience from beginning to end of the entire process. The guys helped me with everything, including cleaning out my old truck (I had a lot of stuff) and helping me set up the apps and onstar on my new truck. I will be back for future purchases and will recommend friends and family to do business with the dealership.

A++ The oil change was fast and Denzel was the Service Rep that kept me informed of any issues that were noted by the mechanics.

I had the best service ever. I looked at a car in the middle of the night. I filled out some paperwork on line. The next morning Luis Guadalupe reached out. I was really busy at work so we communicated via text message. He made the process so much easier. He was able to meet all of my expectations and beyond. I went into the location test drove the car and walked out with my new car all in an hour. If you need a fast and easy process come to see them and ask for Luis. I will be sending everyone to him.

It was by far the best auto purchase that my wife and I have gone through. I would work with Blake again when I have to get my next vehicle. Blake was not your typical sales guy. When we walked in, he welcomed us right in. We test drove the truck that I was looking for. Once we returned, he gave us his business card and said when you are ready to move forward to come back. He was not pushy and maintained professionalism. Blake and Jose made the purchase easy.

Truly the best dealer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was friendly and great to deal with. They listened to my concerns and got my truck running like it came off the show room floor. Told me what is needed next without being pushy. Service was surprisingly quit. Pricing was very fair. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor rocking chairs while I read my book.
