(August 30, 2019, 12:54 am)The reason I went to Vision Optometry was because of a personal recommendation and even though they are not in my network for insurance I would rather pay out of pocket then spend one more wasted minute with my family physician. From the moment I called they were helpful, listened to everything, and efficient! It is so important to trust your doctor and I have finally found that. Lindsey answered the phone the first time I called and she gave me valuable information about the insurance and told me that she could get me in this morning, helping me as a person not a customer. I did some research and called back and spoke with Jose and he was so refreshing to speak, I didn't need to repeat anything and he got me set up right away. When I arrived I filled out paperwork for first time patients and was in the room with the doctor maybe 10 mins later! Payton was so sweet, smart, and helpful. She was patient with me and knew I was nervous. Payton was so professional and really made the experience seamless and comfortable. Girard is an amazing doctor and I felt like he truly cared and I wasn't just another patient of his. He didn't give me some generic response and thought about the problem. I could tell that he cared because even as he was walking out of the room he was still coming up with ways to help me in the future. The reason I will be going back is the caring staff and all around great customer experience.

(April 26, 2019, 12:28 pm)Yes, as others have said, the office is bright and cheerful, and the staff is friendly and competent. However, the important part is performance. I got a new prescription and a pair of glasses there a month or so ago. Then, last week, I had my annual diabetes retina exam from an ophthalmologist in a different office. As part of that exam, they tested my vision. They independently verified that my vision is 20/15 with the new glasses. Pretty good for these old eyes, I’d say.
