I have been going to Dr. Bacon for 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. Everything from the front desk, to the nurse, to her. She takes more than enough time with each patient. She cares, is knowledgeable, and has diagnosed problems that other doctors have not been able to. I highly recommend her on every front !
I'm not really understanding a couple of these reviews. Her office is very easy to find on the first floor. The only confusion I can see is that she shares the space with another Dr., and the other Drs. receptionist is in the front. You have to go through another door to get to Dr. Bacons receptionist. Dr. Bacon is very personable. She will sit down with you and get to know you by just chatting. She has a fantastic sense of humor that sets you at ease and really seems to care and try to understand you as a person. I have been going to her for about 3 years now, and she is probably the best Dr. I have been to
Dr Bacon goes out of her way to communicate exactly what test results mean, what options you might have, and makes suggestions on how to avoid future problems. She also responds quickly through her on line portal - yeah Saturday and Sunday even. Always a pleasant experience.
