The handcraft was amazing and the owner was very nice. They do whatever they can even in short time notice to get the job done and done right. Nothing is to much for these guys. They are hard working people who make signs that reach people I have had multiple people ask who did my sign and I always recommend apache sign work . They have never let me down. If you need good work and great signs done in short time for an amazing price I recommend ken and his workers.
Apache Signworks has done work for our store on two occasions, both experiences left us very pleased with the company's product, courtesy, and professionalism. They provided vinyl signage for two pole sign locations, lettering for our windows, added a panel with lettering to match an existing panel, also did a total of four elevations for a marquee. Ken worked with us on ideas that would better advertise our store and stay within our budget. If additional signs are needed by us I will gladly contact Apache Signworks to help us with our advertising.
I would like to address Mr. Cabrera's comments.
The sign in question was manufactured in Germany and consists of several hundred parts. This was TORN APART by non skilled laborers and stored in more than one location. Believe me, I originally installed this sign many years prior to these outlandish comments.
I was hired by the store, not by Mr. Cabrera. It took several weeks to obtain paperwork pertaining to permit acquisition, and one particular page was incorrectly filled out, causing further delay.
It DID NOT take a month to dig hole, Mr. Cabrera. As you may recall - we waited on utility locate service ( required under state law ) over 2 weeks and the other delay was completely on you as you were responsible for providing concrete for footer but insisted on waiting until your other project was ready to pour, to "save you money"
The General Manager expressed his unhappiness to me concerning YOUR company and the overall slow pace of construction .
You did not fire me! I completed the job, the pole sign was standing in the correct spot as permitted.
Your "other contractor" was the electrician who provided final hook up, as there was no code required dedicated circuit.
Also, how exactly did you lose your "Deposit" when the contract was between the corporate customer and Apache Signworks, Inc.?

Let's not forget the "CRITICAL" part you claim we lost. Once again, your people dismantled the sign and scattered parts everywhere. I manufactured several parts and replaced 30% of the missing hardware at no additional cost.
The missing "Critical" part was a small aluminum cover box at base of pole to hide mounting bolts.
Who, exactly had this part come up missing, I wonder.
What was missing was the final payment.
