“I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Zivel. I was greeted by Destiney and Sage who were incredible with educating us on each service. They speak with enthusiasm when discussing the benefits of each service offered and answered all of our questions. My daughter tried float therapy for her anxiety and stress related to her daily challenges with being autistic. She really enjoyed the peace of floating in silence and felt completely relaxed while in the pod. (Something that is very rare for her.) I tried the infrared sauna and cryotherapy. The sauna was my favorite and surprisingly at 150 degrees, I did not sweat. Cryotherapy was also quite enjoyable, and I can see how it would really benefit a specific muscle target if I were experiencing any pain or fatigue. I will say I did sleep extremely well after using these services. Owners, Heidi and Curtis are dedicated to helping the community reach personal fitness and lifestyle goals. Brevard county is very lucky to have this family owned business aimed at keeping everyone from the average joe to the competitive athlete in top shape/performance. Thank you, Zivel. “Although it is an educational center with students doing the massage, it was still tranquil and serene. They have a very nice zen waiting lobby, with comfy chairs, products to purchase and water cooler. The massage room has many tables set up but maintains a sense of calm, warm and professionalism with dimmed lights, quiet and relaxing music. My therapist did an amazing job!”

“Carabella is an absolute hidden gem! I wanted to throw a little spa party for my friend's milestone birthday. Maria helped me arrange everything. She got a whole team together so 6 of us could get facials and massages. It was so perfect. They even set out wine and charcuterie for us. I had a facial with Maria which was so relaxing and my face has never looked better. And my massage was with Heather. She was fantastic with communication and the massage was heavenly. “I went to the Medispa/Salon today for the first time because I received a gift card for my birthday. I booked the "Ultimate Unwinder" massage. The experience was amazing! There are multiple places to relax before the massage, including a steam room and sauna. I asked for a glass of red wine and relaxed for about 40 minutes before my scheduled massage time. Dennis did a great job with my massage- he asked where my problem area was and incorporated some stretching too which was nice. Overall, I am giving 5 stars because the staff was very friendly and the experience was definitely worth the price.”
