  The Foust team was professional from start to finish. Most importantly, they did what they said they would do... when they said they would do it. Not common in today's world.

  They were wonderful! Loving, caring and respectful. No high pressure sales and yet delivered a professional service without taking advantage of our emotional condition. Highly recommend their service as there are the best!

  From Beginning to end the service I received at Foust was without a doubt amazing. Starting with Duane Jewell finding something within budget that also honored my loved one was easy. Rick Felty was just as sweet and caring when it came to organizing every detail with me. I felt like we were family in the time we spent on the phone and in person. It's a great company to do business with.

  It's NYE and I never, I mean ever stop at this location for mail because I get mail at home. On this hectic day, Kristen the supervisor at the Merritt Island location made my day!! She responded to my delivery issue (long story with an address change and change of mailbox lock, no keys) in the morning and by the end of the day, had my package given to me at my doorstep. Excellent customer service & family environment I felt when greeted and asked for her when I walked in. I tried not to get my hopes up when she told me "she could call the carrier to see if he's in the area to meet you for the lock change". She came back moments later to tell me "If I left now, the carrier could meet me at the mailbox. Also, the lock was changed already and the keys can stick if you can't open the box." Good stuff!!! Thank you!!! I got home in minutes before the carrier showed up to let me in and to grab the partial box key and my NYE outfit handed to me, in a bag of course! Customer service level is top notch in my opinion. You made my issue easy & relaxed so thank you for your very helpful phone call to the carrier and being there for the locals! Happy New Year to your postal team and service!
