  Great place to rest your bones if you are looking for something simple. Owner is very nice. Stayed for 4 nights with zero disturbances. Very Quiet.

  Great price, very clean, has a kitchenette, very friendly owner/manager. I will definatly he back. I called many motels in the area and it was by far the best price. A hidden gem.

  Very reasonable rates and clean rooms. Andy the owner made sure I was taking care of. Enjoyed my week stay there!

  The owner of the patio motel is very cyclist friendly. I was on a bicycle tour and the owner knew exactly how to welcome us. First of all, I should mention that the motel is somewhat dated and could benefit from some renovation. If you're the kind of traveller that needs the most modern amenities and luxurious accommodation, then you probably don't want to stay here. Then again, if that's what you want then you probably weren't considering a highway motel in the first place. Now that that's set aside, the real story here is the owner, who has more heart and passion than most any business owner you'll meet. Knowing that we were travelling by bike, he gave us a discount, greeted us with cold waters and fruit, gave us menus for nearby restaurants, menus for farther restaurants that offer delivery, and a menu for a chinese restaurant in the next town which he offered to drive to to pick up food if we ordered from them. We did, and he actually drove to titusville to get us our supper. He wouldn't even let me tell him to keep the change. When we were ready to leave in the morning he gave us more waters, some canned fruit to start the day, and some fresh fruit for the road. All of these extra things were free. His motto is, "some people say you can't please everyone, I say why can't you?". I've certainly stayed in fancier hotels, but I've never stayed anyplace where the owner drove to the next town to get my supper free of charge. This guy will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
