Fred does an amazing job for his clients and makes sure everything is handled with care and professionalism. I always enjoy teaming up with him on our closings. A buyer or seller couldn't ask for a better agent.

Five stars is definitely not enough for Fred! He makes the whole process a lot more smooth and easier than I would have even thought. He's definitely there for you and treats you more than just a client, more like family! He answered all of our questions knowledgeably and patiently when I asked anything at all. I'm more than happy with the results especially since I'm active duty military and I wasn't able to be there to handle things directly, and he is very reliable so I can be confident that the job got done with ease. Fred was my Realtor when I just bought my home, and I'm really glad I went with him! Fred always made me feel he was on my side, and had my back, and we worked as a great team (together with the finance contact). Fred's years of experience show, as well as knowledge of the area. What I value the most is communication, and it becomes a pet peeve when I deal with someone with poor communication. With Fred I was in heaven as his communication was more than I would expect. Once I started working with a finance company he has good relationship with (rather than my bank which was closed on weekends) we REALLY were able to move things quickly! After several offers that fell flat from the seller's end I found my perfect house. Fred showed it to me on Saturday, and by Sunday night I had my pre-approval and offer all drawn up and sent to the seller, throughout the next couple days Fred was in constant contact with me about the status and where people stood, we were able to make adjustments on the fly and very quickly I had my offer accepted. Things were able to move quickly, which is very needed in the market today!

As a first time home buyer in a time crunch I needed some major help and Fred was there for everything. He started working to find us the perfect home right away. Any bump or hiccup that came up he had it covered. He got us into the house we wanted most, very quickly. Overall he made the process much easier and was also very fun to work with.
