  Update - 15April21 - return customer and Victor was a tremendous help! I really appreciate that he went the extra mile to help me out. Very good customer service and I would obviously use them again!!
  
  I've been with this site for over a year now and I'm really happy with it. Secure, economical and very helpful as well as friendly. Tina really helped me out just recently when I had a question about billing. She answered all my questions and did what it took to keep me as a customer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage location.

  So I was in need of a storage ASAP and Victor at Extra Space Storage was right there to provide my excellent service.He got me in the correct storage size unit I was needing. I signed my agreement and had my unit number assigned to me within minutes and on my way. That was Outstanding Customer Service!!!

  Friendly manager and very helpful! I did everything online and my questions were easily answered over the phone. My unit was in a very convenient location and I selected the perfect size for what I needed! I will use extra space storage from now on--- no matter where I live!
