  Annie is fantastic. I recently had a 1-on-1 coaching session with her to work on my form for the main barbell lifts, since I've been lifting for several years but had hit a wall with my strength gains. Annie's knowledgeable (I had tons of questions), professional (her goals/skills assessment process and gym environment are well thought-out), and encouraging (inspired confidence to help me hustle out those last hard reps). All that good stuff aside, she's also just plain fun to chat with. Her guidance has helped me push on to greater gains, for sure.
  
  Whether you're brand new to barbell training or have been at it for awhile, Annie is clearly skilled at working with lifters with various experience levels and goals. Highly recommended!

  Annie is the best! She is all about lifting heavy things and helping you feel like a rockstar and not at all about fatphobic, ableist, heteronormative nonsense. It is a pleasure to work with her and her coaching is worth every penny.

  Highly recommend Annie as a strength training coach! I have completed the introductory strength training class with Paladino Strength, and am now in the intermediate level. Annie's coaching has been excellent, and the culture of her small group classes is encouraging and supportive for people of all shapes, sizes, ability levels, and strength. I've especially appreciated that the focus is always on the lift/movement -- it is so refreshing to take a fitness class without it being steeped in diet culture. Annie has helped me modify lifts as needed and offers helpful and actionable tips for improving my form and my strength. She takes time to answer any question you might have. Although I'm pleased to progressively lift more and hit weight milestones, the greatest rewards for me have been outside of the gym -- I'm noticing so much more strength and stamina for everyday activities (including carrying my kid around, hiking, and even hauling groceries!). If you're looking for a body positive and queer-affirming place to learn about powerlifting, Paladino Strength is it!

  My new bathroom vanity was damaged from a leak in the piping under the sink. The walls of the insides of the vanity had swelled up with water and mold started to grow. With a week out from showing the property, let's just say I was in a pinch to find someone who could help and fast. After searching the web for local furniture refinishers I stumbled upon AA Elegant Furniture and called. Eejay was out to my property the very next day to inspect the damage and quote me on the repairs. The pricing was super affordable and Eejay and his team were able to get me on the schedule for that same week. Talk about awesome customer service! The repairs they did were even better with my vanity looking as if no damage had ever occurred. Emaculate job sanding and reconfiguring the wood--and it would be remiss of me not to mention what a great job they did cleaning up after themselves!! Very fortunate to have found this company. Total resource!

  Annie is a great coach: she challenges you to believe in yourself and go farther than you think you can, all while being incredibly supportive. She meets you where your are, and helps you achieve YOUR goals. While being systematic and super knowledgeable, shes open-minded and very approachable with any questions you may have. I am so excited with my improvements in strength and coordination, and feel it give back in all my other areas of fitness (running, booking, dance, tennis, basketball, helping a friend move...) Also, as a queer woman who is p averse to gym culture, working with Annie feels like I finally found a gym space where I can just be myself. And THAT confidence makes the workouts all the more fun!

  AA Elegant Furniture repaired my dining chairs and they looked brand new. They did an excellent job. I was able to sell my dining set for top dollar so I could buy a new dining set.They are amazing and can literally repair anything including making custom furniture. We use them at work for all of our repairs and upholstery needs. They are very trustworthy and true friends!!

  I would like to share my experience with everyone about AA Elegant Furniture. I took a dining room table and four chairs that were over 40 years old to AA Elegant Furniture. There were many scratches and broken pieces. All the furniture was repaired and the chairs were recovered with leather. They did a beautiful job. The cost and quality were super.
