  Cute little country style hotel to stay ????staff very friendly ????our stay very relaxing ????Renovated rooms no carpet is always a plus ????adorable pond and pool view from our balcony ???? we enjoyed and had fun feeding the turtles .Pool area very relaxing and comfy lounge chairs .Bed comfy and air conditioning worked great Great shower plenty of hot water.
  The site pictures are also very accurate we had a very good stay and would recommend the Palmer Hotel .

  Quaint hotel. Very peaceful. Rooms are spacious and well taken care of. Parking is available. Breakfast is available. The front desk is very friendly and informative. Bed are very comfortable!

  It's a very nice place to stay, but the bathroom, omg, it's so small!! I had to shut the door to get into the shower/bathtub. The toilet seat felt like it was about to come off the toilet, the tub looked dirty, thank heavens I brought some flip flops to wear in the shower.
  
  But, they did come in and give me fresh towels and soap every day, as well as make the bed, and restock any cups or coffee I may have used.
  The room I stayed in had a king sized bed, two night stands with a lamp on each, an alarm clock, a phone, as well as a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot in the small kitchen area.
  I didn't have time to take pictures or talk to the staff about my issues with the room.
  There was a free breakfast every morning, offering muffins, (orange cranberry, blueberry, and pumpkin walnut), juice, coffee, and fruit (oranges, apples, and bananas).
  I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants somewhere affordable and super nice to stay while in Rockledge, FL.

  I would love to share the pro's and con's of this Inn. Cons: the walkways were in need of a good power wash. The pond like everywhere else in FL needed skimming. The tennis club was live and active, viewed many people coming in and enjoying themselves. The pool was big and beautiful, complete with restrooms, I was there before the maintenance guy. The thing about this Inn is the staff. They are great, everyone here has the same answer "Yes we can help with that", then they go the extra mile to make it work. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the sheets are soft, clean and cool, even the pillows are great. This is great Inn at a great price. I would recommend this Inn.
