  Mark definitely made our visit! He was attentive, enthusiastic... definitely not like we are used to up in New England. The food was great...the burnt ends and fried pickles are delicious. Husband loved his ribs and my pulled pork was good but it is hard to beat my dad's homemade stuff! We had the fried banana sundae...slightly disappointed that it had chocolate sauce but we should have asked! Next time no chocolate sauce and extra caramel!

  This place was amazing! We were seated as soon as we walked in the door and since it was such a nice lite breezy evening, we decided to sit outside. Our waitress, Erika, greeted us soon after we sat down and kept checking on us throughout our meal to ensure everything was ok. And it was. The food came out about 10 minutes after we order, to our surprise, steaming hot. I got a bowl of Brunswick stew, which could have been a meal all in its self. Delicious! The others got pork plates and a brisket sandwich and everyone very satisfied with their meal. Even the three year old enjoyed his chicken tenders. Definitely will be going back.
