  Valerie and Shawn showed up on time, got their information and had a price quote the next day. They did everything in a timely manner, their workers were polite and neat and did their jobs. Everthing went well and the installation is working and looks professionally done. I am very pleased with the quality of materials and the workmanship and would recommend AES to any and everyone who wants to have a solar PV installation.

  After building a new home 2013, I did some research on solar panels. Once I decided on a size and configuration for the system I wanted, I called five companies in the Brevard county area to get quotes. Of those five companies, Alternative Energy Services Inc offered the lowest quote.
  
  Every step of the process -- from the initial phone call, to a site evaluation and consultation, to signing paperwork, to installation and beyond -- was completely painless. Their marketing strategy is friendly and free from social pressure. The dudes who installed my system were cool to talk to, and they didn't have any problem answering the endless line of questions I interrupted them with while they were working. Their customer service has been top notch post-installation (they charged me nothing for a house call and a new wireless communication bridge after a lightning strike made my Enphase Envoy quit reporting).
  
  Another perk I see in choosing AES over other solar installers is that AES has done such a variety of installations that even if your home or business's location or quirky architecture throw a kink in your PV plans, AES can handle it. Just take a look at their facebook page and you'll see roof-mounted, ground-mounted, and wall-mounted configurations. They've even done massive government projects, off-grid island installations, and parking structures that produce electricity while casting shade on vehicles parked below.
  
  I'm not sure how much the industry has changed in the past 3 years, but when I started looking for solar panels, many companies wouldn't allow you to finance your installation -- they wanted cash/check only. AES was ahead of the curve at the time, and they'll still allow financing on installations today, which makes solar panels that much more accessible for some families.
  
  I've had about a dozen neighbors ask me all sorts of questions about my solar panels, and I never hesitate to point them toward Alternative Energy Services Inc. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better price, a cleaner/tighter installation, or a friendlier crowd than what AES offers.
