I called for a replacement vaccine card. The receptionist was very pleasant and very professional and told me all I had to do was come and they would print it out.
Despite the other posters, i had a great experience. The NP prescribed me meds that got my hypertension down and everybody was nice, My only problem was that i called today and they said to call tomorrow. I would recommend them to anybody, ( no idea about the baby stuff, but medical stuff they were great) oh another ( i called today for another reason, i think i have influenza or phnemonia).
