“Actually, I grew up in the First Baptist Church down town. A new Pastor came with a vision to establish a new church on Park Ave. I remember as a youth going there with my mom. It was exciting and the church grew. Park Avenue Baptist has recently called in a new pastor to replace our pastor as he retired. A regular Sunday service is an uplifting time for many. There are also some very genuine people teaching the children as well as programs for teens according to their age. The sanctuary is beautiful in it's architecture, especially inside. In fact, it's a beautiful campus all the way around. The people are genuine and there is a place for everyone to plug into and become a part of the ministry as a whole. Besides the Church ministries, they have a private school grades 1-8. We sent some of our children there and are very happy with the foundation that was laid in taking school seriously as well as the diligence necessary in their study habits to excel and prepare them for college and their chosen careers. There are also many other amenities there for the whole family or if you're single, they have a singles group for getting to know each other. After all meeting people where God is exalted is what it is all about. We grow together.”

Sound, King James Bible exposition in a sense of reverence and respect for The Almighty and His Word... the folks obviously love one another - the true test of Christian discipleship ... Forest Hills Baptist is an independent, Sovereign Grace Baptist Church. By independent, I mean that the church belongs to no organization or controlling fellowship.
