(January 24, 2020, 10:15 pm)Purchasing the car was great- fast, little haggling, easy with paperwork- great service. The service department can be hit or miss. Today was great- in and out for an oil change in about 20 minutes. Has taken as long as an hour and a half before- but they were somewhat busy. Pricing for service is excessive.

I myself have been in the customer service industry for 23 years and have been taken advantage of even with my experience. These people, Javier and Mark were amazing . They helped me out of a situation and I got a great car that I will enjoy for years. Thanks everyone @ Subaru of Melbourne Florida

(December 9, 2019, 12:52 pm)This was probably one of the best dealership experiences I have had- dealing with the sales department. I was very upfront with the sales person, Elbert, and management with what I needed to be at to make a deal. They made it happen, and the process was good for the most part. Elbert was very easy to deal with, and not one of those typical sales people where you feel like you are being cheated or taken advantage of. No pressure, which I also really appreciated. Same with management. I feel like they took care of me, and gave me a good deal for my trade in too. They were very honest, and upfront with me-which you don't get these days when you go car shopping. Elbert sent me a personalized video of the car I was interested in, which was really cool. I am obsessed with my new car, and am really happy I bought the car from this dealership. I would recommend coming here, and if I ever need a new car, I will go back for my next purchase.

Friendly, welcoming, polite and professional- immediate responses to inquiries and showed a rare and exceptional trait- the right mix of followup without being intrusive. Ultimately he found the exact car I wanted, and the customer service after the sale has been just as good. He respected my time at every encounter, and event met me at the door today as I was picking up something! Truly, I highly recommend!
