Not the staffs fault I know; often the conference room is reserved and because of it the whole library willI'br shut down for hours. lts been a huge inconvience and let down many times; it's a library people are always quiet.”

Cheerful and upbeat she ask how she could help me. I related the issue to her about the vase being missing. This young lady is Cindy Shelton. She listened and responded how she would handle the issue and would return my call, once she had the issue checked out and would get back to me. With in the hour I received the call and the issue had been resolved along with a picture of the replacement vase on our parents grave marker. Now that is quality service.
