“The locksmith was absolutely a professional From the first phone call to their office until the time he arrived on site (less than 2 hours) - the entire process was flawless. We had a key stuck in a faulty lock of the deadlock on the front door. Instead of cutting the key off, drilling it out and possibly further damaging the lock, he suggested making entrance into the home through window to determine if it could be unlocked from inside. Unfortunately, it could not! But, well he was manipulating the lock from inside I was using my magic touch on the key outside... voila' the key finally came out! Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. Even with the key out, and turning the handle from inside, the deadbolt still would not open. The locksmith then crawled back out the same window he crawled in (stretching his toes to reach the top of the ladder) and began working on finessing (aka "picking") the lock. Within minutes he had it open. As if that isn't enough - he spent a few minutes researching this make / model of lock and discovered there had been a manufacturer's recall for this very problem. We are not certain yet, but believe the cost of replacing this lock will be covered by the manufacturer.”
