“Old school radiator shop w/an owner "Curtis" who is a legend. Asked several car friends about where I could get my 100 YO Model T radiator repaired & everyone said Curtis @ MLB Radiator. Turns out radiator itself not 100 YO just the car but dropped radiator off on a Monday & on Wed Curtis called ready for pickup. Exactly what I wanted, quality repair at reasonable price. Ironically pretty sure I used him 30 years ago at old location for another rebuild I was working on.”

“I had my old A/C replaced with a Daikin Fit 5-ton unit. The sale manager Mark was very professional and honest, took his time to explain the whole installation process. I am very happy with the work that was done. I received a notification via text that the 3-technicians Brandon, Eric and Garrett were on there way to my house for the installation. They arrived 8:30am and were done by 3:00pm. They were very knowledgeable, respectful they removed the old system and installed the new one also cleaned up and hauled everything away.”

“Excellent experience. Our server, Jodi represented the company better than most managers could. She described the menu in detail so we knew what we would get with our order. With that, we ordered the Scholarship Burger with a side of Gumbo and a Shrimp Po’ Boy. Jodi updated us while waiting for our lunch and refreshed our drinks. As the photos show, the food looked amazing when it arrived and everything tasted good except we felt that everything had a bit too much salt. The burger looked much larger that the 1/3 lb. that the menu said. The meat was seasoned and had a brioche bun. The Gumbo had great flavor. There were plenty of shrimp on the Po’ Boy and we took Jodi’s advice in buying the ‘whole’ sub because it was only $1 than a ‘half’ sub. We took the rest home. Then we got the Doughnut Bread Pudding. WOW! It must have been 4000 calories. But who cares; it was amazing! Good thing they put that whipped cream on top. This is a great restaurant and without knowing the possible issues during a sporting event, I highly recommend it. We will be back.”

Camping is available for qualifying groups. Talk to Ranger Tod for permits and access, he is also a great person to talk about the park with. “Carabella is an absolute hidden gem! I wanted to throw a little spa party for my friend's milestone birthday. Maria helped me arrange everything. She got a whole team together so 6 of us could get facials and massages. It was so perfect. They even set out wine and charcuterie for us. I had a facial with Maria which was so relaxing and my face has never looked better. And my massage was with Heather. She was fantastic with communication and the massage was heavenly. When the parking lot is full you know that is a good sign of what you may get inside Just look at the pictures, my French Toasted Banana Bread wasn't just delicious, it was beautiful to look at My friends enjoyed their omelette, deep fried home fries, country fries steak and smash brown's. I tasted them all and thought every dish was really good. I would recommend and return to this diner for sure. Our service was just great too. Attentive but not hovering, that's just the way I like it. 🙂”
