“I recently just took a tour of the property and was so impressed I signed the lease as soon as we got back to the office. Community is nice and quiet and the inside of the apartment was nice and spacious as well. AND on top of it all, you won't beat the price. Take it from someone who looked at 10-15 apartments all the way from Satellite Beach to Palm Bay. Kiwanda and the manager are awesome, and big shout out to Matt! “You know everywhere I go I have to have my chinese food. China King did not disappoint, the food was so delicious & fulfilling to my soul after a long day at work. Vegetables were cooked perfectly, fresh, tender and crisp. Fried rice was tasty too. Delicious food, cooked right, fresh, and picture perfect. The owners of the place are hard working people and dedicated to their trade. They were really busy cooking, taking in orders, and making everyone happy. The place was really clean also.”

“I have only been to this place two times already and the food has been very good so far. The first time I had hot chicken tenders which were alright and the second time I had breakfast. I loved the food during my recent visit. Everyone loves a good breakfast. They had a very good sausage and their eggs were cooked nicely and the hash browns were awesome. They also cooked the English muffin just right. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. One good thing though, if you are a veteran then you would get 10% off on Tuesdays. Good for them to take care of our vets!! You will have more of my business!”

“Great Pizza – excellent staff – good price. This location is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is takeout only. The prices are reasonable and they often have discounts that you get from texts. They do not cook the pizza, they only prepare it and give you the instructions.You can choose the prepared pizza or have them make one under your instruction. Even with all that said, when you get it home and cook it right, these pizzas are excellent and worth the effort. The staff were friendly and the storefront was very clean. Great place to get a pizza.”

“This has become one of my favorite places to shop. We usually go as a group. We call it shop therapy. The selections are good and the prices are great. On Tuesdays and Fridays they offer extra savings discounts. Returns are usually easy to do and customer service is mostly good. There a cashiers who constantly makes transitions difficult and the shopping experience unplesant. When she is not there it is a great experience.”
