“I am proud to say that I have been a loyal carpet cleaning customer of Dan Helm since he started cleaning carpets in 1991. Originally, Dan cleaned carpets using a Chemical Dry cleaning method by spraying a soap free solution on the carpets and simply cleaning with a buffer and pads. Although I was always happy with the end results, I would question the efficacy of this method. I would wonder where the dirt went, whether the carpets were really being deep cleaned and whether some of the dirt was being spread around. In the Advent of the 21st Century, Dan upgraded his carpet cleaning system. He now provided steam cleaning first, followed by his buffer cleaning. What a remarkable difference that made. My white berber carpet cleaned up so well that everyone visiting my home thought I had brand new carpet. All my questions went away. I now had a deep inner knowing that I was receiving a deep healthy clean. Dan's wonderful wife Roxy has been working together with him for several years now. They are a great team and take much pride in their work.”

“I was so taken back by the Service and Technical Expertise I received by Jason at Dent Force. I caused a dent on my Honda Odyssey on the improper placement of a bike rack on my back tail gate which caved in the body around the License Plate. I knew I had Dent insurance when I bought my car in 2013 which was still active. So I tried utilizing this insurance and Jason assisted in working with them to have them pay for the work. Since the damage was more than a credit card ultimately they would not pay, which was understandable. But it was the service that came by Jason coming to my home without me asking to repair it that blew me away. He was here not more than an hour using his tools and working both inside and outside the body of the tailgate. I have never rated anyone let alone a 5 star review for anyone that worked on my car. But it there were a higher rating I would rate him even I higher. I highly recommend Jason and his company Dent Force for your dent repairs. In fact I have another minor dent on another care that I will be calling him soon to repair. Highly, Highly recommend Jason!!!”

“Our AC Unit purchased with the house in 2013 failed without warning due to excessive corrosion from well water and living on a canal. Given the condition, it probably should have failed sooner. The unit we were replacing was a very efficient heat pump and we didn't want to go with something less efficient. We ended up going with a Trane SEER 21.5 variable speed, 3 ton Heat Pump outside and a new Variable Speed Air Handler inside, with a very trick 7" touch screen smart T-stat inside. Eddie the project manager was very knowledgeable and pre-planned the entire job before his crew ever showed up. The crew was very professional as well, and answered any questions we had during the install. All old equipment was removed (and hauled off) without any damage to our home. The new equipment was installed and working before they left at the end of the day. They also had a checklist to sign off at the end of the day to verify to my satisfaction that the work was installed and working properly. We had multiple bids for the work which were all competitive. The deciding factor for us was the extended warranty period and the ability to have labor included with future repairs if necessary. They also provided a permit from the county which passed with no problems, and surge protection on both units. I would definitely recommend Merritt Island Air & Heat for anyone looking for a good quality job in the future.”

“I have been looking for a trike (a three wheel bike) for my adult daughter for a while. She has always wanted to ride a bike, but does not have a good sense of balance.Trikes are not something that is stocked at most shops. We went in to Camping World today and was helped by Gage. He was extremely helpful in getting us the bike, assembling it, and more importantly making us feel like we were the only customers in that store. However, it was far from the truth as there were other customers, but he never lost focus on us. He tried to do whatever was necessary to make us satisfied customers.
