JCPenney is dependable for housewares though you do get a better selection online. I do like the beans they carry and for 30 years I have gotten most of my drapes from JCP.
Clothing seems to be classic, never really the latest styles so I guess they are dependable in that area.
Jewelry had good clearance sales.
Shoes are one section I regularly skip because I feel they are inferior brands.

Went here and didn't have any issues at this location. Had good customer service when I visited the store. I was able to find what I was looking for and I didn't have a long wait. These are places I like to spend my money. Service people are always polite and helpful. A lot better than some other places around town. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is an old business that you can rely on. Prices are at the mid level not too expensive on most items. Again, I would recommend this place to anyone.
The only issue is mall hours on Saturday and Sunday. Kinda wish it would be open earlier, but it's okay.

Went into JCPenneys today to get my wife a Christmas gift and it was pretty busy but they had a system in place to sign in if you need help. Then you wait for your name to be called. Great job guys! Very personalized service and much appreciated

JCPenney had been my one stop shop for all my clothing needs. There are always great deals on clothing, shoes, furniture, bedding and home decor. You can find variety of popular brands at very competitive prices. The store is always clean and the staff is courteous and helpful.
