  I purchased a brand new 2019 Kia Optima - white - 21 miles - beautiful! I worked with Walter Dupuy - who I highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing a car with Coral Springs Kia - he is exceptional! Walter is sincere and kind and is simply wanting to ensure the best customer experience and that everything is handled with integrity and care. Additionally, I worked with Carlos - who put together the financial paperwork. I cannot say enough about Carlos. He made sure to explain everything to me. I will openly admit that I have a rough credit profile and they were still able to get the deal done with no money down - I used my 2015 Kia as a trade in - and Carlos was adamant that I would come back in 3 years after working on my credit and they would get me into an even nicer car - if that's even possible as this one is amazing! I felt cared about, not just as a person coming in purchasing a new car - but valued as a long time loyal Coral Springs Kia customer (since 2011). Thanks, Coral Springs Kia - and Walter and Carlos!

  (This review, different from the "norm", is solely regarding the "fairly new" General Manager, Mr. Brian Bove, at Kia Coral Springs. Better late than never!) November 12th I was stranded in a desolate commercial office parking lot at night with a flat tire. Long story short, I was trying to get in touch with ANYONE that could assist me regarding important questions I had about the tire on my Kia Forte; before calling roadside assistance. The kind receptionist who was covering all dealers in this auto mall, in every way, was trying to get someone on the line for me; she knew I was alone. (Gosh, I wish I remembered her name. As she was amazing as well!!!!) After no such luck, at least 20 minutes had gone by, I gave her my number in hope someone from Kia would call me back.
  
  In the mean time I called road side assistance and eventually they arrived. Approximately 35 minutes had gone by and much to my surprise Mr. Bove called me. (I was really worried about my safety.) I hadn't a clue who I was speaking with, other than this man was from Kia. He answered my important questions AND called me back to see if everything went okay with road side assistance. The receptionist called me back as well! Both wanted to know I was safe. Incredible!!!! Nonetheless, the man who called me from Kia, Mr. Bove .... WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER! What GM does that? Most GM's would pass my message to someone who eventually had time to call me back ... while I sat in a dark parking lot by myself. I was BEYOND impressed with both Mr. Bove and the receptionist. It meant a great deal to me.
  
  Soooooo ... when and if you visit Kia Coral Springs, ask for Mr. Bove. I promise you. You are in good hands with this very kind (and very funny) gentleman! Best ..... C. (Kia, received only one star. Mr. Bove's customer service goes beyond 5 stars.)

  Tony, the manager was great. His staff was even better and the customer service was amazing I feel like I got great price and great customer service. You cannot go wrong with this place
