First time I purchased a refurbished stove while I was renting a condo a few years ago. My landlord deducted the cost of the purchase from my rent. The delivery drivers even took away the old store.
Second time was last week. I purchased a decent size upright freezer. It was new in the box. Delivery was smooth. My wife loves the new freezer. It's easier to organize frozen foods and easier to find leftovers.
