I am extremely picky when it comes to highlights and experienced a lot of services all over the globe. I have to say: Tiffany made me so happy, and it's the best treatment I've had since I've moved to the US four years ago (and I've been to salons in Houston, Dallas, Chicago and Miami. And the cherry on the icing is: the price-value is PHENOMENAL! It's a reasonable fee and I am going to come back! THANK YOU, Tiffany! ❤️
