Doug was fantastic in explaining our options and Jordan Pieper, ,our in home technician, was superb in taking time to go through everything with us in our home. He was professional, neat and clean and answered all our questions. Highly recommend! In addition I have called the offices three times and each time all the staff have been very responsive, even when my concern was not necessarily their problem.

Great and fun experience from the outset. Doug is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and uses sound practical advice in guiding you. Rod is wonderful at setting everything up and is a patiently kind person who makes sure you’re comfortable with the new technology. We needed service for our camera that was working only intermittently. Very quickly our tech Rod, determined it was a faulty camera and he replaced it. Works perfectly now.
