This was our first time dealing with a realtor, as my husband and I had only rented previously. After hearing how aggressive some of them can be, we were immensely nervous when we contacted Andrea to help us find our first home in Davie. I cannot begin to express how at ease she made us feel from the beginning to the end of the process. She sat down with us and really listened to what we were looking for out of a house and she was extremely honest when it came to discussing different houses available for our budget.

I was pleasantly surprised with the houses we were shown and how quickly she was able to help us find our new home. We are now settled into a lovely Town House in Davie and we could not be more pleased with the value that we got in both the house and our realtor. I would recommend Andrea to anyone, especially first time buyers like us.
