I have been a chief officer/ Fire Marshal for many years starting in the fire service as a volunteer at age 16 in NY. I always believed that my calling was to help others out of bad situations in turn making a difference in the world. I never put money over helping others its not in my DNA.
So, why do I bring this up? Because for the past several months, my dog Tonka has been in need of 911, and the only help received was a very big credit card debt, over $8000.00 I did not have, from a Boca Raton animal hospital, where the dollar was most important. The situation with my pet never improved all they did was throw more medications and tests at my dog, with no good results. I must admit, my wife and I have been very frustrated and lost, watching our dog suffer not knowing where to turn for help. Until Now!
Through my Department I have heard of Doctor Toll. I was advised that he was very smart and extremely kind, an all round great Doctor, so I called him for help. I was first introduced to Courtney a very professional young lady who answers the phones. I explained my Pets situation and need for assistance and she was very fast to do just that. As soon as Doctor Toll got to work that morning he was on the phone with my wife and I. After about 20 minutes asking us questions, he said I GOT THIS, a term I used in the fire service for years. We were both shocked .
Since that day Doctor Toll has set in motion a wellness plan for Tonka, and has talked to us for follow up at length. This doctor has a Fire Fighters heart, and is making a difference in this world one pet and family at a time. I can tell you for a fact, he is not about the money, he is about doing the right thing for your pet!!and its owners. He is an amazing man, and we feel blessed to have him helping us. We are all hoping Tonka will make a full recovery over time with Doctor Toll now on her team. For the first time in many months we don't feel so lost, but instead, very hopeful. I must say, we ask many questions being afraid to hurt our pet with a lack of knowledge, and Doctor Toll NEVER makes us feel stupid or embarrassed that we call him. He is very understanding man and takes his time with you whenever he talks to you about your pet. If you are looking for a great doctor and all around good person to take care of your pet, then look no further then Advanced Veterinary Care Center. They are all about your pet care not just your credit card!!! From Tonka and my wife and I all we can say is Thank you Doctor Toll and Staff!!

We had a emergency with our dachshund and after two weekends in two different clinics, my dog sitter recommended us Advanced Veterinary Care Center. Great customer service, great staff, the nurses are incredible and the doctors are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. They were very concern about the health of my dog before and after surgery (my dog had a palm tree seed stuck in his intestine). I highly recommend this veterinary, they are the best!

They had so much knowledge about my dogs condition and the way they treated my dog was so heartwarming and they are so polite and professional and loving andbi just cant explain how greatful i am for them. (January 15, 2019, 10:59 am)We just went through a very difficult time with the passing of our pet, Angel. I want to thank the entire staff for their compassion during this time. The doctor for her patience when explaining what was happening. The professionalism of the staff made this easier to go through from the minute we arrived with our very ill Angel to the moment we left after Angel passed in our arms. The compassion continued when we went back to pick up the remains. It was presented in a very nice package with condolence from several members of the staff. I truly wish to express our graditude. Thank you so very much.
(December 9, 2018, 9:15 am)My son and I rushed my baby in Fifi for emergency assistance, all of the employees were so kind, full of smiles,compassionate, and quick to respond. They help my dog feel better and put a smile back on my sons face. Thank you guys so much for being there for us ❤️
