They could have easily overcharged me for a battery replacement when all along it was just the screen that had the issue. They also included a free screen protector. “These guys are amazing. I read a lot of reviews about their treatment of patient owners and difficulty making appointments. I had the complete opposite experience. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the last call to pick my puppy up, they were amazing. I brought my dog there to be spayed through the SNIP program. Not once was I treated differently because I wasn't paying full price. When I called to schedule the appointment, it was requested that I send in some information. I did so and got a call back to schedule her appointment within 2 hours. I was able to get her in the next week and they treated her like she was their own. They kept my dog for a couple hours after the procedure for recovery and were very informative when I arrived to pick her up. I wish I lived closer to their location. They'd be my primary vet if I did. Thanks Pet Doctors of Davie for taking such good care of my girl!”

“I bought a toy poodle from here, I was helped by this wonderful women named Nikki. The staff are absolutely amazing people and I loved how both owners Eleonora and Donna were there the day I got my puppy. I have to say that the place is clean and organized and they took amazing care of my puppy when I was traveling. The day I was going to bring her home, they gave me a very helpful orientation and it was great. Eleonora taught me everything I need to know and gave me all the essentials. The only part that bothered me was the fact that they dressed my dog up in a little bow and everything and even put here in a little pink fur sack that you can carry the puppy in. In the end, I had to end up paying for everything, the bow, the sack and much more. They never forced me into buying it, but if they already decked out the puppy and gave the client an impression that the puppy came with the little accessories then why not just buy it. It is understandable but I mean why would they put her in a bow and deck her all out but make you pay for it? Other than that, it was a great experience and the people are amazing. Some people tend to say that the things there are over priced, its not, this is a boutique that is what you are going to expect when you go into a boutique. I bought a $100 dog bed and let me tell you, it is in impeccable condition and my puppy absolutely loves it. Definitely worth the investment! I think that if you are willing to spend a great amount of money on a true one of a kind luxury, this is the place to buy your puppy.”
