(December 20, 2015, 10:29 am)I never liked Yoga until I met Michelle Stern. Michelle makes the experience authentic, engaging, helpful and spiritual. She is an excellent instructor. After every session I feel relaxed, calm, energized and in a peaceful place. Michelle has taught me to look inward, take care of myself both emotionally and physically. I would recommend her highly.

I highly recommend this places, the classes are great,instructors so friendly ,music that every body like for a nice work out and the staff is so nice.
the new kickboxing class is going to rock you, is that class you don't want to miss.
if i can rate it with a 10 I would give it.
P.S. the bathrooms and rooms are clean and smells good =)
