  It is extremely difficult to find a therapist that you not only like, but can trust to have your best interests at heart. With CCPT you have that with the entire staff from the moment you walk in. It's like a family ( the one's you want to see ). I have had the opportunity to utilize the services of CCPT for more than one injury ( my hobby is getting hurt ). Each time they explain what the plan is AND make sure you understand the plan. An informed patient is a happy patient. They also don't forget about you once your treatment is complete. Like I mentioned earlier, you are now family. You won't ever regret making the decision to see any of the therapists at CCPT, that is a guarantee.

  Erik Bleeker Clear Choice Physical Therapy - Erik helped me recover from two total knee replacements and a broken foot (in one year). He basically taught me how to walk all over again. He is excellent. Here, unlike big PT centers, you always know Erik is your therapist and there is a private treatment room for the more difficult treatment modalities. Five star.

  The first time I got vertigo I called 911. I didn't know what was happening .I was sure I was having some sort of brain issue. I have been on that Vertigo Island by myself for 13 years now. Everything I learned, the maneuvers and exercises, was from You Tube. I am sure I was doing the wrong thing at times. It would go on for weeks and months. ENT Drs. don't want to deal with it. Last week when I woke with it, I just couldn't do it by myself any longer. I googled vertigo PT in my area and Clear Choice showed up. Eric's name showed up as having helped people with vertigo. He was kind enough to take me the next day and he fixed me that day! I will no longer be on this island alone. He was very professional.I am happy to have found him.

  After being diagnosed with thoracic outlet and having an unsuccessful surgery I visited clear choice as my last resort to physical therapy. I had tried everything and several therapist with no improvement and actually worse off symptoms. After seeing Eric who's amazing and then Fi who is seriously my angel, I will never go any where besides here again. Fi listens to the issue, she is compassionate, and always seems to give me some relief from this ongoing problem. I am forever so grateful to you guys for all your help.. Thank you soooo much.

  The physical therapists here are top notch. I was experiencing severe vertigo for 7 days. Therapist Erased Bleeker came in early for me when I needed it most. Was extremely patient and explained everything he was doing. I am so grateful for having found this facility.
