  Very conveniently located. Rental vehicle was very clean and looked brand new. We were able to choose the one we wanted. Return was very quick and convenient. All the Alamo staff members were friendly and helpful. I was asked repeatedly if everything was satisfactory. That was a rental car first for me! I really like the self-serve kiosks to check in on arrival. The only negative was that not all of the kiosks were working and there was some kind of computer glitch that caused the system to reboot and made us start over again.

  Our plane was delayed so we returned our car a few hours later than we planed. They were very understanding and did not charge us for the extra time. The car was clean and in good shape. all around we had no issues.

  I love renting from Alamo! They are always very accommodating and friendly. I love their easy rental using the kiosk to get my rental. The Fort Lauderdale location has a shuttle bus to take you to the rental center. There's also a person running the kiosk, unlike other locations I have flown to. The check in process is simple also. A person comes to the rental to check you out. I also appreciate having a toll tag in place and only having to pay for the day you use it instead of paying for the whole rental days. Alamo is my go to rental car company!

  The entire rental process was so easy and everything went smoothly from the reservation process to the vehicle return. We registered in advance for “Skip the Counter”, and we couldn’t believe how quickly we were driving off in the rental vehicle after landing at the airport. The Nissan Rogue was new and in tip top condition. And the return process was just as quick and easy. We made our reservation through Costco and the price was very competitive. We definitely recommend Alamo!

  Great vehicles and service. The reason for the four stars is I used the travel pad kit which gave the customer data/phone/navigation. It's not my fist Alamo but it wasn't offered before, the add-on existed I was told for some years now. However, my first use was good for a day until I bought a Sim card, it was hard to track the power usage of two personal phones and the travel pad. It's probably not for me. The car was awesome tho. Thanks Alamo!
