(January 25, 2019, 10:16 am)The customer service culture of this company is evident and impressive. We had to cancel and reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and they coordinated everything to make our inspection happen later the same day. Everyone from dispatchers to the two gentlemen they sent out for my inspection were beyond professional and courteous. Our technicians even completed their inspection in the rain! They never made me feel pressured to commit to services but laid out all my options. I will be calling them any time I have pest control issues in the future, and will recommend them any chance I get.
(November 19, 2018, 9:16 am)Just had technician (John to my Condo) as I have some termite activity. John was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and really searched to make sure there were no other "trouble spots". That is good service.
(October 21, 2018, 12:59 pm)Contacted crush bugs after I learned our termite warranty was a fraud and we had serious problems. Staff all fantastic, worked with me and we have been using them for two and a half years. From termites, chiggers and roaches they have solved and kept these problems away with animal and kid friendly solutions. Of course minus the renting we had to do. Great company for sure and would recommend!

They were able to handle my termite issue quickly and I'm so glad I called them! I highly recommend them to anyone with termites. Awesome team and great work!
