I have a property in Hallandale and experienced a faulty title search that prevented the sale of my property. The company providing that service did nothing to help so I turned to Nerdinsky based on a referral. The team there stayed on this problem and dealt with all of the logistics required to cure the title problem so that I could close. It wasn’t easy tracking down the previous seller and getting him to execute a corrected agreements but Nerdinsky did this successfully and without delay.
