I've had a couple of issues with my bills related to weird problems with the billing cycles. Both times I've called the customer service line and had the pleasure of speaking with a great customer service rep named Katrina. She provided me out of this world service, completely different than most big city customer service departments. She was attentive, professional, quick and extremely friendly.
