I've had a couple of issues with my bills related to weird problems with the billing cycles. Both times I've called the customer service line and had the pleasure of speaking with a great customer service rep named Katrina. She provided me out of this world service, completely different than most big city customer service departments. She was attentive, professional, quick and extremely friendly. I wanted to take a moment to recognize what a rarity it is and how great her service was. If you get a chance to read this, thank you for all your help Katrina! We really appreciated the assistance!
