The Business Manager contacted me to resolve the issue and I am thrilled with the amount of care that went into making sure I am a satisfied member of Massage Envy. Excellent customer care, very impressed. Also, if you come to this location I highly recommend Shaneeka. I haven't had the pleasure of getting a massage with any other therapists, so I'm sure they're great. But Shaneeka is so good I haven't wanted to switch.
