  James runs a very tight business with very high quality aides! My mom, 84, who now lives with us in Coral Springs/Parkland for over 1 year was very dissatisfied with the prior health care at home providers with: Lack of Professionalism, not showing up at all, constant replacement of her aides with a new face that aggravated my mother, aides snapping and getting upset with my mom........Not "Home Care Assistance of North Broward"! From day 1 the aides were sweet to my mom by being talkative to her, respectful and super punctual always! I highly recommend James company "Home Care Assistance of North Broward!!"

  I worked at homecare assistant of north Broward there the best agency there are family to me .they are good to there clients and employee ,to James and Nadine you are a awesome boss and supervisor i will recommend any body to work with your company and let there love ones be apart of the family

  I work for a primary care physician and we had a patient with dementia issues that needed some home health care. After talking with numerous companies I had the pleasure of meeting with James Buscemi from Home Care Assistance of North Broward. After he spoke with our patient and their family all our fears and worries went away. The feedback from the family were all positive. They loved the nurses and really appreciated the sense of purpose they gave her mother. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance of North Broward!

  We have been using Home Care to take care of my mom on a part time basis and they have been wonderful. The care givers are professional, friendly and very reliable. I love their check-in/out system to hold their aides accountable for timeliness. Due to my husband's and my work our needs vary and they are always flexible and quick to arrange additional support when needed.
  
  When my Dad was ill we had a lot of bad experiences with different agencies and we have never had a problem with these guys. They are awesome!

  Extremely pleased with their service! The owner, James, is very thorough and caring. I live in another state and feel very confident that my dad will be well provided for. The aid that was provided jumped right in and made my dad very comfortable from day one.
  
  I have a good understanding of how this business model works as I have a friend in my home town that runs the same kind of business. His company is highly respected in our city based on how he operates it. After interviewing several providers , including the local franchise of the same company as my friend, only Home Care Assistance stood out and to date has proved correct. Thanks James!
