  Great gym full of energy and great coaches. Coach Shirvon is motivating, helpful, and always smiling. Coach Andrea & Austin are great too. Thank you F45 for getting me into the gym again! I have seen a difference in my body in only 4 months.

  Love this place because it’s quick and you’re done for the day. Each day there are new challenges with detailed exercises targeting different muscle groups. It’s like having a personal trainer with you in a small group setting. Best decision I made in terms of a gym.

  This gym is awesome! The owners and coaches are great! They’re very knowledgeable and great motivators without being pushy. Always giving tips on form and helping with modifications if you have prior injuries. It’s perfect for working professional who don’t have a lot of time. We are in and out in 45 mins and get a full workout. We haven’t gone to the gym and years and this is just what we need to help us get back in shape. Thank you!

  This is the best fitness studio I’ve been to since I moved from PA to FL 5 years ago! I love that the coaches know everyone’s name by day 2 of starting the membership as opposed to just being a number or going unrecognized. The coaches are so motivating and always there to listen/provide feedback. The challenging workouts were a little intimidating at first, but it’s exactly what I needed because now I see how much my mind was limiting my performance in the gym. F45 def gets 5 stars!!!
