His management style of ‘hands on approach’ leaves NO ROOM for errors or MISCALCULATION. Our project involved sorting & organizing articles from a storage unit that we no longer have. We had that storage unit for about 7 years. The accumulation of everything from clothing, pictures, personal documents, books 📚 and holiday 🌲 decorations created an unbelievable amount of work. With Richard’s help we were able to Move a Mountain or reduce a Mountain to a Mole Hill. His suggestions, equipment & labor we were able to resolve our problem! I usually order the same pizza with thin crust, at times I’ve gotten it burnt but this is the first time I’ve gotten a nice flaky crust..cooked to perfection. My dessert was yummy. Oh man, it was filling and rich in flavor. The steak pieces were delicious, tender and juicy. The chopped up peppers in this sandwich was my favorite part since peppers make everything amazing. They give a nice little kick to the sandwich.”

“Tropics has been around for a while. I back in the day I initially visited their nightclub. The music (mostly reggae) is awesome and the place is very chill. It's an older crowd which I prefer. Now that there is no smoking in the building makes it even better. I recently visited to have their steamed fish and it was just like I remembered it...AMAZING! I'm not sure if this is a regular menu item for the restaurant but when I lived in Broward I would have it anytime after 9pm. Perfectly seasoned with okra and corn and wrapped in foil paper. I love it!!!”
