Chicago's 312 (within the Grand Palms Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort)

I truly enjoyed my birthday at Chicago 312! Not only was the food great but the jazz singer was awesome, she sung songs from a wide range of genres and personally engaged with those who were celebrating. The owner greeted us warmly and ensured we were satisfied with our dining experience. I recommend the Sunday jazz brunch for anyone looking for an intimate, upscale live music experience in Pembroke Pines.

Birthday celebration. The food was delicious but what I enjoyed the most was the band. That jazz band was Fantastic. I'm looking forward to taking my family back there to enjoy the food and band.

ChicaGO 312 was the perfect combination of great food and entertainment in one location. Totally unexpected surprise after booking a short stay at the Grand Palms Resort in Pembroke Pines, only to find this hidden gem. The Blues music playing set the tone for a night I would not soon forget. Luckily the following morning was Father's Day and the Brunch had all the favorites of the south. The macaroni and cheese was my favorite, but unfortunately I was unable to get my small container of mac back to my room for a midnight snack. All in all Chicago 312 had great food and a staff that cares about the service provided. That's all that ever mattered to me, and the chocolate cake of course.

We had reservations for 12 for Brunch on 5/20. Our table was ready when we arrived.
The food was fresh, hot , salads cold, there were stations for pasta, omelets and waffles.
Food variety was wonderful and it was all delicious. The owners came to table to meet us and even served as our photographer.
We will return!! Highly RECOMMEND!!
