He is extraordinarily responsive and hands-on with your order; and even prevented me from mis-ordering an item based upon my misunderstanding of the cabinet ordered on the website. I was contacted within 15-minutes after placing my order on-line by Kapil who was concerned why I had ordered a particular item as it was inconsistent with the other items I had ordered. He was right & caught my mistake before it resulted in further delay and re-ordering.
Once I placed my order, HE PERSONALLY TRACKED IT, and gave me updates —knowing that I was on a very tight deadline.
Upon arrival, the quality of the cabinets were great and one unit that I didn’t like (color issue) was immediately corrected beyond my satisfaction. Upon perusing the other reviews here, it’s obvious that this is Kapil’s STANDARD PRACTICE and simply the way he does business.
My contractor requested the contact info for this vendor from me noting that these cabinets were of superior quality & delivered faster than those from the various venders he was using. Give this company a try; u will be glad you did.

I do not have enough good things to say about this company. I had a simple inquiry, and the owner himself responded with pictures of the installed product and a wealth of knowledge. My order was small, but I was still treated with the best customer service I've ever received. Never once did I feel like it was about the sale. Every interaction was genuine, considerate, and professional. The cabinet I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition. You won't have an experience like this shopping at a big box store. I recently ordered cabinets from thewhiteshaker.com, and I have to be honest I was a bit skeptical. The prices were great, and there was not a lot of information available publicly about the company. I read the blogs on the website and ended up eventually reading the other reviews posted here before deciding I'd reach out to them.

The owner, Kapil, is simply extraordinary! He succeeds in customer service where so many other businesses fail. This was not the experience I expected dealing with purchasing cabinets for a kitchen reno, and it was great! For one, texting was very convenient, of course we spoke as well, but some items were handled quickly over text which I loved! He reviewed my order and confirmed I was ordering everything I would need. After it was placed, I knew it would be a while before we received everything. I didn't want to bother him asking about the status, and out of the blue Kapil messaged me and let me know he had reached out to the manufacturer and provided me with an ETA. After receiving them he has continued to be contact making sure everything is as it should be and answering any question.

Of course, the quality of these cabinets is great as well! If this is the style you want, this is the guy to buy them from. Will post more pictures when it's all done!

Love love love these cabinets. Such high quality at a really great price. Would have paid over $10,000 at a big box store. My contractor could not believe how nice they are and will have his customers get all their cabinets here too. The company is very responsive to your questions and has emailed and texted regarding my order. Great company that sales great cabinets. Would recommend over all others.
