“Good experience. I ordered 3 beers at the bar and the swordfish. I didn't much care for the vegetables, I found them a bit bland, but the swordfish and the fries were very tasty, the atmosphere was nice (nautical theme, check the photos) and my bartender was very friendly and attentive. Great location, a 1 minute walk from the beach. Great way to wrap up my visit to beautiful Florida.”

It is expensive but you are paying for the location and convenience of the beach nearby. Also there are public restrooms located here.”

“Public restrooms at its best, well as best as a public restroom can be. Separate restrooms for men and women and outside shower for taking the sand off. Toilet paper is usually stocked but can be out if weekends have heavy crowd or holidays. Can be clean but again heavy crowd day expect the worse. Big plus is it is right by the beach.”

“This place is your average Florida time share. It does have updated counters and appliances. The pull out couch in the living room is not comfortable for adults much better suited for children. The view in the one bedrooms is awesome, the two bedrooms are across the street from the beach but if you want a quiet beach holiday you can't beat this place.”

“I usually don't leave reviews but, i had to because I'm amazed on how nice the place is looking lately. The new maintenance guy, from what another tenant told me, his name is Byron. I must say he's doing a tremendous job thus far. I've been renting here for 6 years and I have NEVER and I mean NEVER seen this place this clean and freshly painted. In the short time he's been here you see a major difference in the facility. He has restored the look of this place in such a short time it's really amazing. I remember not to long ago that the restroom was so filthy that I wouldn't let my DOG use it, it use to remind me of a gas station restroom that's how bad it was. But now its been restored and painted. Its very clean and smells great. I actually used it for the first time since I've been a tenant. I don't know where they found him but , they really need to show him appreciation for his hard work. He deserves recognition because he turned the appearence of this place completely around. I give him 5 stars.”

“My future mother inlaw took me here and it is a gem. If you are looking for cheap produce and a wonderful vibe. Stop by this shop to check out the ambiance and products they have available. I spent a total of $14 and left with 4 lemons, tomatoes and zucchini along with 2 onions and 2 bags of biscotti and local organic honey ???????? If you love home made, organic and local, give it a shot.”
