This place is awesome !! If you are looking to relieve some stress and lose weight.. they have it all. Amazing trainers and the girls at the reception are very polite and helpful. Multiple classes, so no excuses for you not to work out. You can reserve your class in advance ( limited space due to COVID). Today we had a great Women’s day class by Jen. I highly recommend this CKO. Thank you CKO team for this special class. Jen you killed it !!.

Like the gym it’s a great place. You open the door and your are welcome by this young lady name Zoe who welcomes you with a warm smile and explains everything for being a new customer. When you start the class you trainers there are happy to talk you and help you reach your goals and really help with pushing you too the limits.

Amazing & clean gym. Workouts are fun & the coaches push and motivate you. The owners and staff are friendly and are always thinking of new ways to make the gym more exciting. I look forward to my workouts 🥊🥊

this place is my life! Amazing place to come work out in a great safe environment during these hard times! They make sure that the gym is clean and ready for each class with social distancing separators and clean boxing bags and mats! This gym has helped me lose weight, making me feel great about myself and makes working out fun!

Great gym with AMAZING trainers that are passionate about what they do and want to see you happy and healthy with astounding results. All staff members are very pleasant with warm greetings to all, you will never feel counted out in a gym like this. The owners are amazing as well and super friendly! However, when it came time to me wanting to cancel my membership it took longer than a month for me to get in contact with someone to process this for me. I would call during business hours and no one would answer. Finally when someone did answer, I had a lot of questions about my account and asked if the owners could give me a call or email me, which never happened. I had to constantly keep reaching out to see if anyone would answer and finally I was able to get this handled. That was my only issue, other than that it’s a great gym with a great atmosphere.
