Laguna Isles Animal Hospital: Johanna M. Bustter D.V.M

So caring and compassionate! I brought my 6 month old Frenchton in after he injured his leg since my regular vet couldn’t see him soon enough. Dr. Bustter and her staff were so caring with my injured pup. Dr. Bustter took the time to thoroughly explain his injury, including taking me to the back to show me the X-ray. He had to have orthopedic surgery and she explained all of my options to me. Since his surgery, I’ve taken him back in to have his nails trimmed and for round worm treatment. Each time, I’ve been treated with the same professional, caring, and compassionate manner. I love that they don’t just tell you ‘this is what’s wrong’. Dr. Bustter and her staff explain everything and really take the time to get to know you and your pet. Highly recommend them!

The price is pretty reasonable for the area. I haven't been there often but I've never had to wait. The people who work here are what makes this place. They are pretty awesome!

I like Dr. Bustter. I was originally with Dr. Jaar who owned this practice and then sold it to Dr. Bustter.

She is a very compassionate and capable vet. She always spent a good deal of time with me and my dog.

Unfortunately, my dog had a persistent UTI that was not improving, and this clinic is an hour from my home, so I sought a second opinion before returning to Dr
Bustter to perform the surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in my dog's bladder.

Prior to this surgery, my dog's prognosis was not good, but she has just had her 6 month check-up, and so far is cancer free.

I do attribute this to the capable hands of Dr. Bustter, and the kind folks who work at this vet hospital.

We couldn’t be happier with Dr Bustter. She is very caring and compassionate. She takes her time with all of our pets at every visit. When we had to put our old man down, she actually came to the house so that he could fall asleep in the comfort of his own bed. She loves our pets like they’re her own.

I recently brought my dog Chopper in for a second opinion since he has been having vomiting and diarrhea on and off for months and his previous vet couldn't find what was wrong . Dr. Bustter was very thorough in her exam and after few test send me home with some pills and recommended a new diet. She explained things very well and she as well as her staff was very friendly. Since then he is back to normal. I thing Dr. Bustter is the best vet in the area and Chopper loves his new vet. Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
